Jennifer J. O’Toole

Jennifer O’Toole is the Director of Administration at Hassett & George. In this role, Jenn is responsible for all aspects of the business including operations, finance, human resources, marketing, and technology. Prior to joining Hassett & George, she managed the operations of two large firms in Connecticut and New York. Jenn has a strong background in human resources including recruiting and talent management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. She has experience opening and managing offices, as well as coordinating complex office relocations and construction projects.

Jenn is actively involved in the community and runs many events including the Simsbury Duck Race, a fundraiser which brings together local businesses and community members. She is the administrator for the Simsbury Regional Bar Association and manages the Business Partner Program for the Nutmeg Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. She also sits on the ADNET Technologies Client Advisory Board.

She received a Bachelor’s Degree in business management from Providence College in 2000 and an MBA with a concentration in organizational behavior from Suffolk University in 2004.
