David J. Markowitz is counsel to many diverse businesses including those in the service, manufacturing, construction and real estate fields, and he has a long history representing dental and medical practices in commercial transactions.

David is also frequently called upon to assist in the formation of limited liability companies and actively counsels his corporate and business clients. Business sales and acquisitions, stock purchase agreements, license agreements, employment agreements, management contracts and commercial leases are just a few examples of the matters which he negotiates and successfully resolves for his clients.

He also has extensive experience in real estate development and land use, including inland/wetlands, planning and zoning, and subdivisions. For twelve years he served as a member of the Canton Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency and served as its Chairman for ten of those twelve years. This experience has served him well in his representation of real estate developers, condo associations, businesses, and individuals facing a variety of issues.

David has been practicing condominium law since the late 1970s. He represents condominium developers, condominium associations and individual condominium unit owners. He is counsel to approximately three dozen condominium associations.
