Amber L. Benzinger
Amber Benzinger is a business attorney, focusing on business transactions, business formations, contract review and negotiations, and commercial real estate. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus in the healthcare industry including dental, medical, optometry, and veterinary practices. Amber is also involved in commercial real estate transactions and regularly reviews commercial leases.
As a trusted advisor, Amber strives to learn as much as she can about her clients’ businesses. She enjoys working with them to determine the best approach to achieving their goals. Whether it’s an entrepreneur just getting started or a large company making another acquisition, Amber prides herself on guiding clients and businesses through complex business transactions and contract review.
She attended Manchester Community College where she earned her Paralegal degree, and then went on to the University of Connecticut to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Women’s Gender Studies. After graduating from the University of Connecticut, she attended Western New England University School of Law where she received her law degree. While in law school, Amber had internships focusing on family law and landlord tenant law, both of which she can draw upon in her current role with business clients.
Amber is licensed in both Connecticut and Massachusetts.
