Attorney David Bondanza




David Bondanza

Attorney Bondanza practices in the area of employment, commercial litigation, family, criminal, and juvenile laws. In addition, Mr. Bondanza counsels clients and performs estate planning and administration services. Mr. Bondanza is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, and Federal District Court. Attorney Bondanza is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.

In addition to his law practice, Attorney Bondanza is an Adjunct Professor at Kaplan University and teaches Employment Law, Legal Research, Legal Analysis, and Paralegal Skills classes.

Mr. Bondanza graduated from SUNY Empire State College with a bachelor's degree in 1988.  He received his Juris Doctor Degree Cum Laude from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2005. Graduating Quinnipiac with an Honors Concentration in Family Law, and an Admissions Ambassador for 3 years, Mr. Bondanza was also the recipient of the Service to the Law School Award in 2006. 

Mr. Bondanza also holds a degree as an Engineer with an extensive background in Television and Radio Engineering. Mr. Bondanza has designed, installed, and maintained video, audio, security, electrical and mechanical systems at MTV Networks, CBS Television, and NBC Universal.  In addition, Mr. Bondanza has a rich background in design, specification, and maintenance of tall towers, transmission systems, commercial, residential construction and project management.  Mr. Bondanza holds certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Mr. Bondanza has a great deal of experience in Information Technologies having designed, installed, and maintained computer software, hardware, networks, and related infrastructures.  He was a system administrator for many large scale clustered computer systems.  Mr. Bondanza designed many machine control interfaces to automate manual processes. Fluent in many computer languages, Mr. Bondanza has written programs and drivers for many applications.

Mr. Bondanza is active in the community.  He was recently appointed as a Zoning Commissioner for the Town of Canton. In addition, for over 24 years, he has been a Volunteer Firefighter and EMT in three departments. Currently a 15 year volunteer at the Canton Fire and EMS Department, Mr. Bondanza is a Certified Firefighter II, Emergency Medical Technician-Intermediate, Certified Safety Officer, Fire Services Instructor, and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Instructor. Mr. Bondanza is the Past Chief of the Canton Fire and EMS Department and has held every rank within the scope of volunteer emergency services. Mr. Bondanza has authored a program entitled "You Be the Jury" to instruct EMT and Paramedic students in the areas of Legal and Medical Ethics.

Mr. Bondanza is a licensed private pilot, and an avid amateur photographer.
